About The Role

Working in our International Sports team, you will have the opportunity to add value to the business and work with a dynamic, curious and collaborative group. You will develop pricing strategies, implement business directives, and mentor our talent. You will also work collaboratively with multiple teams across the business to promote growth. Responsibilities include:

• Strategy & Performance: Support the design, measurement and optimisation of International Sports pricing strategies, and implementation / operationalisation of business directives, including compliance with internal and external audit obligations.

• Mentoring: Nuture and support our International Sports team and provide guidance regarding code performance an. Support budget and RFQ process with finance and code owners.
• Promote Growth: Improve customer experience and grow our activities base. Engage key stakeholders regarding key events, including other Flutter brands.

The Risk & Trading team in Melbourne adopt a flexible 5 day working week policy based on customer needs to ensure a great work-life balance for our staff.

Salary range: $89,000 - $96,000

About you

We’re looking for enthusiastic, collaborative individual with an analytical mindset and excellent communication / interpersonal skills. Your commercial acumen, results driven mindset and ability to champion the needs of our customers, will set you up for success in this role. Strong mathematical competency / numeracy skills required, along with a familiarity with wagering products / industry knowledge (preferred).
