Classification Title: Assistant, Associate, Full Professor Job Description: Assistant, Associate Professor at the University of Florida. The Department of Medicine is seeking applications for a full-time clinical investigator track position for the Division of Hematology/Oncology at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. This position seeks an ABIM certified (or eligible) hematologist-oncologist with experience in managing patients with lymphoid malignancies, specifically lymphomas and lymphoproliferative disorders, and an active interest in the development and conduct of clinical trials. This individual will have a primarily clinical assignment focused on lymphoma and will also be expected to develop, conduct, and participate in clinical trials and other collaborative research involving patients with lymphomas. Classification Title: CLIN AST PROF Job Description: The University of Florida Emergency & Critical Care service is inviting applicants for a faculty position in Emergency & Critical Care to join our existing team of 16 faculty members (8 criticalists and 8 full time ER DVMs), along with a 10 strong resident team and an amazing nursing staff including several VTS-ECC. The successful applicant for this position will join an established team of ECC clinicians and will work in a progressive and collaborative service, the position will be primarily based in our VECCS Level 1 and AAHA certified hospital in Gainesville. ECC at UF also runs a busy extracorporeal therapy service including intermittent hemodialysis, CRRT, therapeutic plasma exchange and hemoperfusion – if this is not currently in your skillset then this is a great opportunity to learn some new techniques! We have a minimum of 2 criticalists on duty each day at our Gainesville hospital allowing for collaboration and sharing of ideas. You will be involved in primary patient care, along with instruction and supervision of DVM students, interns and residents. We put a lot of emphasis on student education and offer three unique clinical rotations for DVM students – Emergency Medicine at the Ocala location, and separate ER and Critical Care focused rotations in Gainesville.
