Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the business performance of securities trading and structured investments according to the bank’s strategic objectives and annual key performance indicators
- Conduct ongoing market and product analysis to perform business reviews, generate forecasts, and identify emerging opportunities within the securities and structured products landscape.
- Prepare comprehensive business performance reports, assessing the effectiveness of current business plans and marketing initiatives, to support management decision-making on new product development and client retention strategies.
- Evaluate internal capabilities and external market trends to conceive innovative product features and enhancements that meet evolving customer needs and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Execute product business plans with accountability for target achievement, including monitoring progress, managing risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders—including technology, operations, compliance, and digital teams—to plan and deliver product initiatives, while continuously optimizing the digital user experience to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and deliver product related projects; continuously review and manage the digital user experience to ensure customer journey is delightful
Requirements:
- Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in banking and finance industry with hands-on product development experience will be an asset
- HKSI, CFP or CFA professional qualifications will be given priority consideration
- Good knowledge of securities and structured investments products and their current market trend of development will be an advantage
- Possess strong business mindset and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin preferred
