    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Work collaboratively with business user identifying target customer segments and selection criteria for new acquisition/ cross-selling / up-selling/ usage stimulation
    • Provide campaign execution supports driving for segment/ product direction & strategies
    • Incorporate and implement propensity / predictive models into marketing campaigns to maximize customer response
    • Make well reasoned comments and recommendation to help on marketing cost efficiency through effective pre-campaign analysis and post-campaign evaluation
    • Produce analytics reports for both regular and campaign specific needs
    • Take part in analytical model development to achieve business objectives
    • Identify and coordinate special projects and initiatives

    Requirements:

    • Degree holder with major in quantitative, numerical science or related disciplines
    • At least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in financial service industry with proven track record and exposure in database marketing, database development, report tracking and automation
    • Possess proven competence in SAS Programming, Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, database design and management, and user requirement write-ups
    • A mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation, good business sense, remarkable problem solving skills, and good interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written including Putonghua
