Credit Control Manager

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

• Processes optimization and increase productivity<\/span><\/li>\n
• Executing asset recovery and debt restructuring strategies<\/span><\/li>\n
• Formulate, track, evaluate and fine-tune the asset recovery strategies<\/span><\/li>\n
• Handling customer complaints, including investigations and submitting report<\/span><\/li>\n
• Performs other duties as assigned<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor Degree or above, <\/span>preferable in Business Administration \/Economics or related disciplines<\/span><\/li>\n
  • More than 3 years' experience in credit \/ financial analysis, preferably with debt collection experience.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of credit card products and relevant regulatory requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Accurate analytical ability<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Able to work independently.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Good communication skills, organizational, planning, negotiation and coordination skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Mastering market dynamics and regulatory requirements<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>"
