    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Align with the bank’s business and channel strategy, develop and continuously refine the bank’s short-, medium- and long-term omni-channel strategy across digital, physical and emerging channels, ensure seamless integration of customer experience & operations across all touchpoints and identify strategic priorities based on evolving customer behavior, technology trend and competitive landscape
    • Keep abreast on latest market developments, including market trends, regulatory shifts, competitive moves and technology advancement, by conducting in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking and trend analysis
    • Synthesize & analyze internal customer data, operational metrics and channel performance to inform omni-channel strategy
    • Translate internal channel performance data and business insights into actionable strategic initiatives with business cases, financial models and impact analysis
    • Provide executive-level insights and recommendations supported by data and scenario planning
    • Lead periodic strategic reviews and recalibrate initiatives based on latest channel performances and environmental changes
    • Define KPIs, milestones and governance frameworks for omni-channel strategic programs and partner with key stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution and measurable outcomes
    • Supervise and manage team members to deliver desired outcomes as a team for managerial role

    Requirements:

    • Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines
    • More than 5 years of relevant experience in banking industry, at least 1 years' experience at managerial role is preferable
    • Deep understanding of omnichannel ecosystems including digital & physical platforms, customer journey mapping and omni-channel operation model
    • Possess a high level of understanding of market knowledge and trends with strategic agility and ability to anticipate market shifts
    • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making capability
    • Experience in strategic planning, data analytic, channel management, market research, customer journey design and /or digital transformation is preferable
    • High level of ownership, accountability and resilience
    • Good command of Chinese and English writing and proficient in both spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
    • Familiar with basic computer applications and proficient in data analysis tools e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access
    • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Business Strategy Manager
