    Job Description:

    Responsibilities

    • Handle daily counter transactions (including cash deposits/withdrawals, bill acceptance, transfers, time deposits, remittance services, etc.), customer enquiries and internal documentation at branches
    • Conduct product selling and client referral as required

    Requirements

    • Bachelor degree or above
    • Customer-centric with strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
