Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement business plans in accordance with bank level strategy
- Lead, drive and monitor progress of innovative cross-departmental projects, provide strategic solutions to internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
- Facilitate digital transformation at Omni Channels and adopt Fintech at process flow to improve customer satisfaction
- Drive and monitor progress of innovative and digital transformational projects
- Participate in regional process transformation
- Prepare various reports to Senior Management
Requirements:
- Degree or above with major in Business Administration/ Statistics/ Finance/ Information Technology/ Fintech or related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in strategy planning, Fintech and digital transformation project management, experience gained in banking industry is preferable
- Hands-on experience in exploring collaboration with other banks in Mainland China / Asia Pacific are preferable
- Holder of professional qualification in the following areas is preferred : Design Thinking, Transformation/ Project/ Change Management e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP)、Scrum Master、Agile Certified Practitioner; Quality Management e.g. Six Sigma Black Belt/ Lean Master
- Strong project management, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
- Familiar with agile delivery tools Jira & Confluence and computer softwares e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and have programming experience is an advantage
- Flexible and adaptive to changes
