The role:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) is an experienced nurse who, within the defined area of practice:<\/span><\/p>\n

\n
• Works in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and other senior staff, to ensure the efficient and effective provision of care based on best practice principles within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Assists the NUM with the planning and management of staff and resources and provides operational leadership through the coordination of the day to day patient care activities, including patient flow.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Details of Appointment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Fixed term full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for approximately twelve (12) months.<\/span><\/p>\n

    *Notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant<\/span><\/p>\n

      Salary:<\/strong> $103,466 - $109,165 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.<\/span><\/p>\n

      You\u2019ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible. <\/span><\/p>\n

      In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available: <\/span><\/p>\n

      • Post Graduate Allowance of up to 7.5% based on qualification type <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Professional Development Allowance of up to $500 per annum <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Award <\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

           Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

           1. Holds, or is working towards, relevant postgraduate qualifications <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
