The Role
You are a Senior Software Engineering Manager with a strong track record of people leadership and delivery management, with a passion for building and supporting high-performing agile teams. Your innovation, collaboration and organisational skills will ensure on-time delivery of product outcomes and technology strategic objectives.
As a committed people leader with unwavering focus on building an inclusive, diverse, and high performing culture, your support and commitment to your team members’ career development will ensure success in this role. In addition, your experience in managing other managers is highly desirable for this role, along with your ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders to build trust and collaborative relationships within FanDuel.
About You
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support high-performing engineering teams and committing to individual development for all team members.
- Building a culture that represents Fanduel Australia values and is driven by our people.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- Being a Champion for Agile Delivery process, continuously improving team efficiency, productivity, and transparency.
- Highly desirable - Experience managing managers.
- Able to pivot and reprioritize in a fast-paced environment.
