About the Role
The Research Fellow role at the University of Melbourne's Population Interventions Unit leads epidemiological projects within the Scalable Health Intervention Evaluation (SHINE) Program. It involves blending epidemiology with economics and data science to generate policy-relevant information on the health and economic impacts of interventions. The ideal candidate, reporting to the Head of the Population Interventions Unit, will have a PhD qualification, experience managing large-scale research projects, and strong communication skills.
