About The Role

Reporting into the GM Customer Sustainability, this role is responsible for leading the delivery function to deliver key sustainability initiatives both into the department and across the business. Sitting within our wider Customer division, you will identify and drive business process and system optimisation and play a critical role in advancing the sustainability of the Sportsbet relationship with its customers. This pivotal position will work collaboratively with departments including Technology, CRM, Customer Operations, Data Science, Corporate Affairs and Product Management etc to take changes/products to market in the most exceptional way possible to ensure compliance, awareness and adoption.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the department to facilitate scale, maturity and effectiveness of our strategy whilst growing and developing the capability within the team to create a strong performance culture

  • Collaborate and facilitate the translation of Sportsbet’s Customer Sustainability Strategy into a series of business and operational requirements and performance outcomes

  • Facilitate the development and delivery of an annual roadmap of strategic initiatives including system, application and infrastructure enhancements and investments (i.e. through portfolio prioritisation)

  • Coordinate through other functions such as Product Management, Data Science, Data Platforms and Technology required system, application and infrastructure enhancements including end to end running.

  • Generate, collect and synthesise the required data to measure performance and prepare easy to digest and engaging dashboards to drive decision making

Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

About You

Along with experience as a passionate people leader, you will also have:

  • Proven experience in a technology, process and/or operational delivery role driving end to end delivery

  • Experience in driving and delivering performance optimization and improvement across processes, systems and vendors

  • A collaborative mindset, working together with others to collectively propel forwards

  • Ability to make customer centric and risk-based decisions from performance indicators and data

  • Experience managing external stakeholder groups to deliver outcomes (exposure to regulators will be highly regarded)
