About the Role
As the Senior Student Support Officer within the Learning and Teaching Unit, this role entails leading a team to provide expert advice and operational support for graduate pathways and research training, ensuring a high-quality student experience across all Faculty programs. Reporting to the Manager, Student Experience, the incumbent collaborates closely with academic and professional staff, maintains effective relationships with Students and Scholarly Services and Graduate Schools, and oversees service delivery within agreed standards of excellence.

They must excel in communication, collaborating with stakeholders, and adapting to changing demands, ideally with experience in student services and familiarity with relevant university policies and systems.

This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
