The Team The Emergency Department (ED) is a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment dedicated to providing safe, timely and high-quality emergency care to the Tasmanian community. Clinical Nurse Educator supports early patient assessment and improved patient flow by ensuring nurses have the knowledge and skills to provide timely interventions. Working as part of the Department of Health, this role partners closely with the Nursing Director, Nurse Unit Manager and the broader interdisciplinary team to deliver education, build workforce capability and support continuous improvement in emergency care. The Role Develop, implement and evaluate education frameworks, training programs and associated learning resources for the Emergency Department.
