Why your role matters
The Senior Digital Solutions & Enablement Analyst (internally called Senior Business Enablement Analyst) leads the design and optimisation of scalable digital solutions that extend CRM platforms and student systems. Using low-code platforms, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies, the role drives business process improvement, automation, and improved service delivery across student and staff-facing operations.
Working closely with business stakeholders and IT delivery partners, the role identifies opportunities to re-engineer processes and delivers sustainable, user-centred solutions aligned with institutional priorities. It translates operational needs into practical technical approaches that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve responsiveness, while also supporting experimentation through prototypes and proof of concept initiatives.
The Senior Digital Solutions & Enablement Analyst mentors analysts and citizen developers, fostering a culture of enablement and continuous improvement. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight to ensure platforms are secure, effective, and sustainable. The position reports to the Manager, Student Systems (Core Connections) and has one direct report.
Specific accountabilities include:
Continuously assess platform capabilities, new features, and emerging technologies to inform solution roadmaps and foster a culture of innovation. Apply expertise in Agile delivery, business process reengineering, CRM, and digital solution design—including low-code platforms (LCAP) and AI—to deliver improvements that enhance the student and staff experience.
Collaborate with IT, academic divisions, student services, vendors, and governance bodies to ensure cross-functional alignment, stakeholder buy-in, and user-centred design.
Translate complex business needs into practical solutions that emphasise scalability, reusability, automation, and alignment with business-led strategies.
About You
Previous experience in business systems, information technology, or related disciplines
Experience in designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), or equivalent enterprise technologies, with an emphasis on scalable, user-centric applications
Proficiency in low-code and no-code development principles, with hands-on experience in system integrations (e.g. APIs, webhooks), and a solid understanding of solution governance, security, and lifecycle management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an iterative, user-focused approach to digital solution design and continuous improvement
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, accessible terms, and to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure user-centred design and adoption
Demonstrated experience in solution testing, user support, and documentation, with a focus on usability, adoption, scalability, and continuous improvement
Demonstrated success leading or mentoring others in a digital delivery environment, including capability uplift of junior staff or citizen developers, and contributing to a collaborative, high performing team culture
Proven experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, with a focus on delivering incremental value and adapting to evolving priorities
Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies, AI tools, and platform innovations
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the following may also be required:
Occasional work outside of standard business hours is required to complete performance verification testing for release, including upgrades
Role may involve supervising external contractors, consultants, and fixed-term project staff

About us:
ARIA is a comprehensive Oncology Information System and electronic medical record that manages clinical, administrative, and financial workflows for radiation therapy, medical oncology, and haematology practices across the Tasmanian Health Service.
Coding and Data Collection is performed in ARIA according to a THS agreed Scope and Minimum Dataset, by a specialist team of Clinical Coders (Cancer and Blood Services), led by the Health Information Manager, Clinical Coding (Data Governance and Oncology).
The team sits within Health Information Management Services (HIMS) and is responsible for the collection, coding, validation, auditing and management of oncology data within the Oncology Information System (OIS). The team supports Cancer and Blood Services state-wide by ensuring is accurate, complete and reliable oncology information is available in ARIA for patient care, quality activities and research.
The Role
Audit & validate coded oncology data to ensure accuracy, completeness and reliability within the ARIA Oncology Information System
Coordinate team workflows to support continuous and timely cancer and blood services coding and data collection
Mentor and support coding and data team members, including new and trainee staff, with oncology-specific expertise
Collaborate with clinical teams to refine dataset scope and ensure data meets business requirements

The Team:
This role works with the statewide CYMHS Patient Flow team - which serves as the triage service for all of CYMHS. As a triage clinician you will work autonomously alongside other highly skilled CYMHS clinicians to provide triage, assessment, and expert advice to consumers, families, and other referrers and stakeholders.
The Role:
Initial assessment of all contacts and referrals to Statewide CAMHS to determine the nature, and appropriateness of the same, formulate an initial service response, determine appropriate case flow pathway and set priorities for management.
Deliver assertive, comprehensive community-based mental health services which may include conducting comprehensive initial assessments, mental state examinations, risk assessments, formulating initial management plans, delivering brief psychotherapeutic interventions, psychoeducation, and facilitating appropriate and timely ongoing internal and external referrals as required.
Proactively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and deliver comprehensive and effective handovers of all referrals.
You will need
Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality mental health care in a child and adolescent mental health setting with a particular focus on initial assessments, risk assessments, brief psychological interventions and developing initial management plans.
Extensive demonstrated experience working in a child and adolescent mental health setting in a leadership or autonomous clinical role and as a part of a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant philosophies, such as trauma informed care and recovery principles, policies and procedures, and associated legislation, which impact upon children and adolescents’ mental health care.

Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse and possess specialist tertiary graduate or post graduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualifications; or completed, prior to the transfer of nurse education to the tertiary sector, an accredited hospital based program that led to registration as a psychiatric nurse by the relevant nurse regulatory authority within Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the United Kingdom

The Team
This role works with the statewide CYMHS Patient Flow team - which serves as the triage service for all of CYMHS. As a triage clinician you will work autonomously alongside other highly skilled CYMHS clinicians to provide triage, assessment, and expert advice to consumers, families, and other referrers and stakeholders.
The Role
As a senior clinician within a multidisciplinary team delivering person centred, recovery orientated and trauma informed care to all individuals accessing child and adolescent mental health services, and in accordance with the National Standards for Mental Health Services, Agency policy, legal requirements and relevant professional competencies:
Undertake a statewide specialist function for assigned referrals to and contacts with Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) by assessing the nature of the referral or contact, gathering collateral information as required and determining an appropriate and safe response pathway.
Ensure all contacts and referrals are prioritised in accordance with assessed individual needs and presenting risks and work closely with the appropriate care stream to facilitate a response within the required timeframe.
Work in collaboration with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to develop the statewide CAMHS case flow function and optimise access and pathways to the CAMHS service and deliver improved outcomes and experiences for individuals presenting with mental health concerns and their families/carers.
You will need
