A successful applicant should be seeking a part-time flexible schedule and enjoy learning new things and can quickly adapt to a changing environment. This person would work, primarily, on-call for nights, weekends, and holidays with additional hours expected to cover staff leave
This is a position that requires a motivated, well-organized and caring individual with experience in treating and handling horses - but may include goats, pigs, alpacas, cattle, sheep, and llama patients.
As a member of our nursing staff, working in a unit that is open 24/7 you will perform medical treatments and procedures under the supervision of senior staff. Must live close to the vet school and have reliable transportation to arrive within 30 mins of being called in when scheduled.

Job Description:
The Clinical Research Coordinator I position described herein will coordinate simple clinical research
studies and assist in the coordinator of complex clinical research studies in the Department of Pediatrics,
Child Health Research Institute. All clinical studies will focus on inherited muscular diseases. The
incumbent will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of assigned simple clinical trials and assisting
more experienced coordinators managing complex clinical research studies. Activities include 1.
Onboarding new clinical studies following institutional workflows and requirements; 2. Obtaining and
maintaining regulatory compliance; 3. Verifying study-related charges following institutional and
departmental timelines; 4. Serving as the point of contact for all administrative matters related to assigned
studies; 5. Enrolling patients into assigned clinical studies; 6. Coordinating patient and study monitor site
visits; and 7. Presenting study updates at weekly team meetings.
The Clinical Research Coordinator I position will join a team of coordinators that focuses on inherited
muscular diseases. The Clinical Research Coordinator I will coordinate assigned simple clinical research
studies while simultaneously assisting senior team members on more complex clinical research studies.
The Clinical Research Coordinator I must be able to perform the following essential functions independently:
Coordinate clinical research studies
Activities include and are not limited to: recruiting patients to enroll in study(ies); coordinating patient visits;
managing patient visits in accordance to protocol; coordinating site monitor visits; submitting necessary
compliance paperwork; ensuring billing compliance; resolving issues/questions with the sponsor; serving
as the liaison between the Principal Investigator and study subjects; performing study feasibility
assessments for potential new studies.
Clinical trial regulatory compliance management for clinical studies managed and assisting.
Activities included but are not limited to: initiating and maintaining a current regulatory file; preparing and
submitting documents related to clinical trials to both internal (UF-IRB, UF-OCR, UF-IBC, etc.) and external
(FDA, RAC,WCG, etc) organizations as required; completing end of study procedures; scheduling and
participating in sponsored research monitoring visits; assuring that the clinical research trial's integrity and
quality are maintained and that the trial is conducted following Good Clinical Practice guidelines; attending
UF-IRB 01 full board meetings as necessary.
Assist senior team members on more complex clinical research studies. Assisting research manager and other team members with regulatory submissions as needed.
Miscellaneous Activities
Activities include but are not limited to: completing tasks as assigned to complete clinical trial(s); Satisfying
annual competencies as required by the University of Florida and Institutional Review boards; participating
in professional development and continuing education.
Expected Salary:
$46,000 - $50,000 annually; commensurate within this range based on qualifications and experience.

Join the University of Florida’s Neurology team in the Movement Disorders Division as a Clinical Case Manager I, where you will make a meaningful impact on patients and families navigating complex neurological conditions. The Clinical Case Manager I independently provides casework services to patients and families as indicated to address the psychosocial aspects of care regarding adjustment to illness and treatment, while working collaboratively with interdisciplinary staff both internal and external to the organization.
The Clinical Case Manager I will participate in quality improvement and evaluation processes related to patient satisfaction and patient rights and serve as an information resource for the Fixel Institute of Neurological Diseases (FIND) in the Department of Neurology. Credentialing for this position requires the incumbent to be licensed as a social worker in the State of Florida.

Submit required quarterly and annual reports for Elder Affairs
Maintain and log patient data in tracking systems for FIND
Crisis Intervention & Documentation
Respond promptly to urgent patient and family needs, providing appropriate crisis intervention
Effectively manage high-pressure situations and problem-solve with limited information
Communicate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
Identify priorities within complex situations and implement solutions efficiently
Document services in the electronic medical record (EMR) and maintain accurate records

Purpose of the role:
Deliver the technical build, configuration, and integration work required to stand up UNSW’s new Learning Management System (LMS) and support the platform and ecosystem commitments through to go-live, noting the new LMS application has not yet been announced.
Key responsibilities
1. Platform configuration and build
· Configure LMS toolsets, features, org structure (faculties, courses, communities), home pages, widgets, and dashboards in line with UNSW requirements.
· Support role and permissions configuration (scoped roles at system, faculty, course, and assessment level)
· Configure institutional branding, course templates, and blueprint courses
2. Integrations
· Assist with the development of integrations between LMS and UNSW systems of record (PeopleSoft/SIS, Entra ID/SSO, Turnitin, Inspera, Leganto, STACK, and other LTI tools) using the LMS vendor Standard CSV, APIs, and LTI Advantage standards
· Work with the integration
· Support SSO/identity configuration work delivered through the LMS vendor Professional Services during implementation
3. Data, reporting and analytics
· Assist with support Data Hub exports, Insights Dashboards, and course-level dashboards for institutional reporting
· Coordinate with the Data Engineer roles on data flows into UNSW's reporting/BI environment
4. Testing and quality
· Support configuration testing against acceptance criteria developed with UNSW stakeholders
· Work with the Test teams on test planning and defect resolution
5. Migration support
· Support course conversion/migration activity from the incumbent LMS, working with the new LMS’ bulk migration tooling and UNSW's export packages
· Work with learning designers to remediate migration issues
6. Business case and program delivery support
· Support stage-gate and governance reporting to the LMS Steering Committee, ITPMO, and Student Systems Reference Group as required

Skills and Experience Summary:
Relevant degree or equivalent experience, with strong expertise across multiple technology domains (e.g. web applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, databases, security).
