The Senior Systems and Data Analyst plays a key role within the Division of Research and Enterprise in leading the development, enhancement and ongoing management of research systems, reporting solutions and data services within the Research Analysis, Data and Reporting (RADAR) unit that support the University's research community. The position provides advanced technical, analytical and systems expertise, working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective data-driven and technology-enabled solutions.
The role is responsible for leading complex reporting and systems initiatives, supporting the ongoing management and continuous improvement of research platforms, data assets and information services, and ensuring the delivery of accurate, reliable and accessible information to stakeholders. The Senior Systems and Data Analyst also provides technical leadership and mentoring within the team and acts as a key escalation point for complex systems, reporting and data-related issues, driving sustainable improvements to service quality, operational efficiency and data integrity.
The position reports to the Manager, Research Analytics and Web and has no direct reports. The role may provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to other team members.

You have a relevant tertiary qualification and or experience and can demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated experience within Higher Education or another large, complex organisation, with an understanding of research administration, corporate systems and service delivery.
Extensive experience supporting, enhancing and delivering systems, reporting and data solutions using a range of technologies and platforms, including SQL, PostgreSQL, Power BI, workflow automation tools and Microsoft 365 applications.
Demonstrated ability to develop a deep understanding of business processes, systems and data flows, and translate business needs into practical systems, reporting and data solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to investigate complex systems, data and reporting issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Florida invites applications for a full-time faculty position in the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled clinician in general gastroenterology, with experience or interest in General Gastroenterology. Opportunities will be available for individuals who have interest in joining or developing a subspeciality focus.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal, liver, and nutritional disorders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including dietitians, psychologists, and other specialists—to support holistic patient care.
Participate in teaching activities, including the education and supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows.

Job Description:
The Clinical Case Manager described herein function as a member of amultidisciplinary team (headquartered in Lecanto, Florida) organized to provide and coordinate services for victims of child abuse and neglect and their families. This position will travel to outlying counties to provide CPT services in rural communities.
Interviews children, family members, and significant others (as needed) to obtain medical and psychosocial information.
Follows child through the process of intake, interview, medical exams, and follow up.
Present with medical personnel for clinic and hospital visits.
Arranges and conducts team staffing and participates in the development of recommendations.
Hosts, organizes, leads, and summarize staffings.
Coordinates client services and referrals to community agencies.
Completes assessments and sends reports to the protective investigators within the timeframes consistent with the program requirements and best practice.
Maintains client records consistent with program requirements.
All division performance measures set by the Assistant Director and must be met.
Participates in “on-call” rotation including nights, weekends and holidays.
Provide direct services and completes intakes and case notes during on-call.
All designated paperwork and other requirements are completed during the on-call shift.
Travels to 12-county catchment area to attend court proceedings, conduct trainings for community partners, and provide CPT services as assigned by Team Coordinator. {Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.}
Expected Salary:
$55,000 - $58,000

Job Description:
UF Information Technology (UFIT) is currently seeking a talented and highly motivated, part-time Cybersecurity Risk Analyst Intern to join the UF Information Security Office (ISO), a unit within UFIT for the Fall 2026 (and possibly Spring/Summer 2027) semesters. This paid internship position supports the Information Assurance (IA) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) teams within ISO, responsible for conducting technology risk assessments on university projects to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of university data. The intern will assist with evaluating and following up on open risk assessment projects, categorizations, re-assessments, and remediation plans.
Some key responsibilities and characteristics of this position are:
Triage and prioritize risk project requests based on data types and classifications.
Shadow risk analysts to gain hands-on experience with risk assessment processes, including categorization review, security survey processing, and risk re-assessments.
Coordinate with vendors to gather information on security controls, documentation, and compliance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Support various projects related to risk assessments, security asset management, and compliance within ISO's GRC tool.
