About the RoleThe Project Coordinator supports Faculty of Science priorities under the Program Manager. They collaborate with faculty stakeholders, research policy matters, and oversee project coordination, contributing to broader team initiatives and building effective relationships across the Student and Academic Services team and the university.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support the execution of the Faculty's strategic objectives to improve learning, teaching and student experience.
Assist in the development of program management framework to maintain oversight of project activities, deliverables and risks.
Contribute to the development papers, presentations, reports and materials for relevant committees and audiences.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Who We Are Looking ForYou will possess strong organisational and problem-solving skills, alongside excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Additionally, you have experience in writing for senior leadership and managing complex projects.
You will also have:
A relevant undergraduate qualification or progress towards graduate qualifications and extensive experience in project or policy development within a university setting or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
A demonstrated ability to establish and implement new policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Demonstrated capacity for high-level stakeholder engagement.
The ability to manage competing demands and deadlines without compromising quality.
