Salary: £18,328 - £25,800 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: 18-month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible working options available

What is the Role?

Due to a period of change, SSE Airtricity Gas NI is currently recruiting for an 18-month Fixed Term contract Business Process Analyst. In this role you will:

- Support the Back-Office Process Manager on Project Redwing while the business introduces a new billing/CRM system.

- Use appropriate Business Analysis techniques including process flow analysis and process redesign in order to identify and recommend options for improvements to business processes which support the new billing/CRM system.

- Support data extraction, cleansing and migration to the new CRM.

- Support process development with third party interfaces and business process documentation.

- Support appropriate system implementation testing (UAT).

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Experience in a similar role, or a background working in a numerical/financial/analytical area.

- Previous ERP and/or CRM implementation project experience would be a benefit.

- A curious mindset with the ability to proactively explore and resolve problems and an open and flexible work style are also required.

- Your role will involve liaising and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders; therefore it is crucial that you have excellent communication skills, along with outstanding organisation and customer relationship skills.

- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own on individual tasks.
