Salary: £18,200 - £27,200 per annum + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: 18 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible Working Patterns Available

What is the role?

We have an opportunity available for a Business Improvement Analyst to join SSE Airtricity Gas NI. As a Business Analyst, you will support the Business Improvement Manager to drive high levels of performance and capability within SSE Airtricity Gas NI. You will act as a coordination point to align and prioritise key performance outcomes across the organisation. In this role you will:

- Ensure all departments are optimising their productivity and performance.

- Drive forward plans for process improvements to deliver an improved level of Customer Service.

- Prepare business KPI management reports, translating data into actionable insights/recommendations/key trends for improvement to the senior management team.

- Monitor business performance to ensure achievement of our business goals and regulatory requirements.

What do I need?

- Experience in a similar role, or a background working in a numerical/financial/analytical area. Ideally, you will hold a qualification in a relevant discipline with a strong numerical and analytical focus too, although this is not essential.

- A curious mindset with the ability to proactively explore and resolve problems and an open and flexible work style.

- Experience with Microsoft packages, in particular Advanced Excel (with Power Query). Experience of Power BI is desirable, but not essential.

- A good understanding of the Energy industry, and the nature of our market.

- Your role will involve liaising and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, therefore it is crucial that you have excellent communication skills, along with outstanding organisation and customer relationship skills.
