Opportunity
The Deputy Head is a key academic strategic leadership position to join the Department of Rural Health Executive and assist the Head of Department in delivery of the Rural Health Multidisciplinary Training Program aims across regional and rural Victoria.

About you
You are a strategic thinker with academic leadership experience in a regional/rural area. You have experience in developing and delivering projects in a regional/rural setting and supporting staff in individual academic development. You have high level engagement experience and are experienced in teaching and/or research within the disciplines of health or science.

Relocation
The Department of Rural Health at the University of Melbourne has campuses in Shepparton, Ballarat and Wangaratta. The successful candidate will be expected to live in regional/rural Victoria and spend a significant amount of time at our main Shepparton campus. Travel will also be required to our other campuses.
