About the Team

The Children’s Advice and Referral Service is a contact point for people seeking information, advice, and assistance if they have concerns about a child and their family. The service provides information and advice about service options and other approaches for responding to the needs of children and families.

The team at the Strong Families Safe Kids Advice and Referral Line are a passionate group of emotionally intelligent, multidiscipline government, non-government, professionals who collaborate and work together to provide short-term and early intervention advice or referral to families and young people.

This is a predominantly phone-based role in a fast-paced, high-energy, team environment.
