Job Description:

Base Location: Slough

Salary:£32,851 - £43,385 + London allowance + car/car allowance + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible working options available

What is the Role?

Working directly with external contract partners to deliver allocated work in-line with contracted agreements, regulatory requirements and agreed standards to deliver exceptional customer service and performance to meet and exceed customer and regulator expectations.

  1. To operate as an effective member of the external resources team adding value by supporting colleagues and contract partners deliver planned outcomes on time and to agreed standards.
  2. Maintain a real-time understanding regarding the performance of your in-scope contracted resources, including the technical aspects of the work and compliance requirements and be accountable for tracking, monitoring and managing in-scope resources and work on a day to day basis2.
  3. Help ensure measures to guarantee that standards are maintained, work is carried out to required specification, cost and adherence to contracted agreements.
  4. Ensure all information relating to your in-scope work, processed either to or from contract partners is accurate and produced to high standards, e.g. job packs, timesheets, worksheets, etc.
  5. Influence the performance and productivity of in-scope contract partners to ensure the agreed works programme is completed to an exceptional standard, on time, meeting customer and programme requirement and in achieving our regulatory obligations

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  1. Contract/ Contract Partner management experience with significant experience of delivering operational work in a Utility context (preferably electrical distribution system related) and within a target driven environment that delivers on time and to agreed standards
  2. Ability and knowledge to engage at relevant levels and instil a high performing culture
  3. Relevant operational / technical experience and knowledge
  4. Sound business and technical knowledge of electricity distribution or similar market sector
  5. IT skills to effectively analyse performance data and complete in-scope business administration activities.
