Job Description:

Base Location: Beauly

Salary:£26,120 - £34,500 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible working options available

What is the Role?

1. Controls materials and equipment stocks used by Operations Team Managers and their staff based at the Fanellan storage facility.

2. If required, arranges delivery of items direct to site as necessary to support effective time working and improve stock utilisation.

3. Coordinates inspections associated with Ladders, Harnesses, Lifting Tackle and Portable Instruments.

4. Ensures all H&S compliance and that Facilities Management for warehouse is maintained

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

1. An appreciation of the range of materials and equipment used within the Transmission Business.

2. Ideally an understanding of Company systems for materials and facilities management.

3. A good understanding of H&S Legislation.

4. You should have experience controlling and managing stock levels and have a good understanding of stock control principles and Supply Chain Management.

5. This role will be IT driven so a sound knowledge and proven use of all Microsoft Packages is essential.
