Job Description:

The Administration Officer responsible for routine function of the Medical Building and its occupants, is the contact point for a wide variety of enquiries and plays a key supporting role in the provision of a wide variety of services. The position is shared with another part-time 0.6 Administrator and requires strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills as well as strong communication skills and ability to be self-motivated with a professional attitude. a high level of interpersonal skills to enable effective liaison with a wide range of internal and external clients at a variety of levels. The role forms part of a team responsible for a range of complex administrative duties.
