Who are the team?

The purpose of the team is to enhance the customer betting experience throughout the racing event lifecycle. Greyhound form analyst/pricing, market creation, setup of betting markets, trading, customer profiling and market monitoring.

What is the job?

This role does require shift work, weekend work and public holidays, but we are flexible to suit your needs.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to;

• Setup of betting markets
• Monitoring of betting markets and adjusting markets to adhere to our trading strategy
• Customer profiling
• Overseeing and utilising our trading tools and models
• Assisting to manage liabilities

IS THIS ROLE FOR ME?

• You have a customer first attitude and constantly strive to improve customers’ experience
• You question the status quo and look at things in new ways to drive innovation
• Availability to work during peak times including key racing carnivals, public holidays and weekends
• Availability to work day and evening shifts
• Greyhound racing knowledge is desirable
• Knowledge and understanding of the risk and trading function is desirable

Please note that the salary range for this role is $80,000 to $85,000
