Job Description:

Base Location: Oxford

Salary:£32,851 - £43,385 + car/car allowance

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time

What is the Role?

  1. Working directly with external contract partners to deliver allocated work in-line with contracted agreements, regulatory requirements and agreed standards to deliver exceptional customer service and performance to meet and exceed customer and regulator expectations.
  2. To operate as an effective member of the external resources team adding value by supporting colleagues and contract partners deliver planned outcomes on time and to agreed standards.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  1. Contract/ Contract Partner management experience with significant experience of delivering operational work in a Utility context (preferably electrical distribution system related) and within a target driven environment that delivers on time and to agreed standards.
  2. Ability and knowledge to engage at relevant levels and instil a high performing culture,.
  3. Relevant operational / technical experience and knowledge.
  4. Sound business and technical knowledge of electricity distribution or similar market sector.
  5. IT skills to effectively analyse performance data and complete in-scope business administration activities
