The role
The role will deliver small and large projects primarily across Responsible Gambling and Customer Operations or Risk & Trading. The role will also be a part of projects influencing the whole of Sportsbet, Customer Engagement, Marketing and Product with objective of achieving greater efficiency and better solutions to business problems.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Manipulating large data sets to access relevant transactional and behavioural data
- Ensure that data is analysed into meaningful, actionable insights that will improve decision making and consequently drive business performance
- Deliver complex analytical tasks to the key stakeholders and the wider business
- Manage and deliver projects in a timely manner
- Work closely with senior stakeholders including presentation of analysis, insights and recommendations
- Give business users access to faster, more insightful and more contextual information to help improve the speed and accuracy of business decision making
You
Ideally you will have experience in a similar analytics role and experience working in a relevant industry;
- Next level analytical skills with the ability to provide insights required to assist decision making
- Strong SQL or equivalent (minimum)
- Strong Excel skills (minimum)
- Power BI or similar BI tools highly preferred
- A Proactive and collaborative approach
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information to a wide range of stakeholders
