Base  Location: Nationwide - Eurocentral, Leeds, Thatcham, Southampton, Portsmouth

Salary:£38,600 - £58,000 + car/car allowance + annual bonus

Working Pattern:  Permanent | Full Time, 37 hours | Flexible working pattern available

What is the  Role?

As part of a value adding Quality & Business Assurance function, you'll be an experienced Quality Professional who will drive the development and continual improvement of a robust Operational Quality Framework across the organisation and independently monitor the effectiveness of our quality controls whilst working closely and liaising with all operational and functional stakeholders.

You will lead and oversee a wide range of activities including the various operational regimes for delivering quality products and services, conducting professional internal quality audits and bespoke investigations and support in the facilitation of our ISO 9001 external audits.

You will act as the subject matter expert by providing support to colleagues on Quality related matters, provide proactive coaching and inductions into the Quality Framework and help drive the cultural focus on Delivering Quality.

You will define, continuously monitor and report upon the performance of Quality related metrics whilst identifying key trends and recommendations for addressing areas of concern. You will have responsibility for sharing regular communications across the business to raise awareness of BAU updates and bespoke Alerts.

What Do I Need? 

To be successful in this role, you'll demonstrate qualifications and experience in a suitably related field, be a qualified Lead Auditor to ISO 9001 (or similar), have experience leading team members and the ability to influence colleagues at all levels, be proficient in executing improvement projects and be a competent user of all standard Office and Web-based applications.

You will have significant experience of providing high quality audit and senior management reports and be competent in providing presentations to senior management when required. You will be a delivery focused individual with the determination and ability to the see projects through to completion and achieve deadlines.

We will also be looking for you to be confident and self-motivated, with the ability to challenge conventional ways of working. You'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail, the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, but in alignment with strategic goals. You'll also be required to comfortably be able to deal with and bring resolution to complex problems and challenge.

To complete, a good understanding of the 3 Lines of Defence model and how it should be deployed is essential, a member of a recognised industry body such as the CQI is desirable and you'll be willing to occasionally travel (approx. 15%), therefore a full UK Driving Licence is essential.
