(Senior) Deposits Product Manager (Deposits Account Management)

Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

• Innovate, develop and implement new deposits products across our digital platforms to grow business<\/li>\n
• Generate new ideas in the light of the latest market analysis and customer needs thorough collaboration with partners to sustain business growth and maintain competitiveness in the market<\/li>\n
• Prepare business analytics on product metrics to monitor business performance and recommend strategies to drive business growth through enhancing our digital product & services. <\/li>\n
• Ensure all channels deposit product compliance consistency with latest regulatory requirements and industry practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements<\/h3>\n

  • Degree or above<\/li>\n
  • At least 3 years' experience in product and system improvement in banking or financial industry.<\/li>\n
  • Data analytics to drive business growth<\/li>\n
  • Relevant experience in deposits product management or account opening management especially related to end-to-end system and process revamp is a definite advantage.<\/li>\n
  • Independent, ability to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth<\/li>\n
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
  • Sound PC knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
