Job Description:
The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support our team in the North West Diabetes Centre.
The Administrative Assistant will:
-
Prove an efficient administrative and clerical support service to the Nurse Unit Manager - Diabetes Centre (NUM), Endocrinologist and other Allied Health staff members of the NWRH Diabetes Centre.

Participate and work as an effective member of the multidisciplinary team within the Diabetes Centre.

The Team:
The North West Diabetes Centre provides a multi-disciplinary approach to the management of diabetes. The team consists of Credentialled Diabetes Educators, Nurse Practitioner, Endocrinologists, Specialist Diabetes Dietitian, Podiatrist and Clinical Psychologist to meet inpatient and outpatient needs.
Details of appointment:
Permanent, part time, day worker position, working up to 16 hours per fortnight.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar part time and casual vacancies.
Salary: $64,125 to $68,925 pro rata, per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Union Wages Agreement 2022
Allowances:
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
