The Role:
Provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Executive Director - Medical Services (EDMS) South, including providing adaptive and confidential executive support and undertaking a diverse range of projects as required.
You will need:
- Demonstrated high level planning, organisational and coordination skills, particularly in the provision of executive support in a demanding senior management environment.
- Analytical, organisational and investigative skills, together with the ability to interpret and analyse information, think critically, solve problems, identify relevant issues and recommend or decide on appropriate action within a senior management environment.
- High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present meaningful and accurate reports and documents and the proven ability to negotiate and liaise with a wide range of clients in a sensitive and confidential manner.
- Highly developed professional interface abilities performed with confidence, diplomacy, poise and dignity which is representative within a senior executive, client focused, team-based environment.
- Well-developed computer skills with demonstrated experience in using Internet/Intranet products, word processing, PowerPoint, spreadsheets and database computer software packages, with a high level of accuracy and independence.

Details of appointment:
Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $79,529 - $91,517 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
Allowances:
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
