Assistant Operation Manager / Deputy Operation Manager/ Manager (Customer Due Diligence Division)

Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n

• Engage in Customer Due Diligence process for onboarding, periodic review and trigger event review<\/span><\/li>\n
• Analyze KYC information and documents<\/span><\/li>\n
• Contact customers to complete CDD requirements within defined service level<\/span><\/li>\n
• Comply with relevant regulatory requirements and the Bank's internal policies and guidelines<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/h3>\n

  \n
  • Associate Degree\/ Higher Diploma or Degree holder with major in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics or other related disciplines.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Relevant qualification in CAMS, AAMLP Core Level, Six Sigma Green Belt holder will be an advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 2 years or above working experience in Banking or Finance or other related fields.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to accept challenges.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
