Educational Technologies OPS IT Assistant
Job Description:

This OPS position is part of the UF Health Educational Technologies team. Position will assist application analysts and Ed Tech managers with the daily operations using a variety of applications, including SumTotal Systems learning management system (LMS) branded as myTraining, and Microsoft applications.

Position duties include:

  • Troubleshooting application specific issues (i.e. application log errors, research on new functionality available, testing new courses)
  • Directly working with customers for common support issues (i.e courses not working, finding the right training)
  • Data management (i.e. cleaning up user accounts, inactive classes, compiling data)
  • Completing tasks for various technical projects (i.e. documentation, marking rosters,)
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

The majority of this job is expected to be onsite at UF Health Professional Park and within standard business hours Monday through Friday. Position will be onsite at UF Health Professional Park.
Expected Salary:

$15.00 Per Hour
Minimum Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one-year experience in technical customer service or other relevant experience. Must have excellent customer service demeanor, verbal communication, organizational skills and ability to problem solve. Quick learner in navigating web-based applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook
