Job Description:
The role:
- Provide support and advice to the Area Manager OHST on establishment management, including recruitment, orientation, contract management, and leave analysis and provide information, support, and advice to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate asset and facilities management including related purchasing functions within OHST, ensuring appropriate legislation and guidelines are followed.
- Undertake project work, high-level analysis and quality assurance checks on a range of business processes and service activities including, but not limited to, service performance and improvement.
- Assist the Area Manager OHST in the investigation and management of incidents and consumer feedback.
- Provide high-level clerical and administrative support as required on OHST business activities including the timely preparation and distribution of documents.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of OHST policies and procedures and their dissemination to relevant staff.

- This position is based in the northern region, however, will be predominantly based in Launceston area - in particular the Northern Dental Centre.
- This role is in a multi-disciplinary dental team.
- The working days for this position are Monday to Friday.
Details of Appointment
Permanent full time day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight/as and when required, commencing as soon as possible
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
- Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or fixed term full time, part time and casual vacancies.
Salary: $95,393 - $100,067 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
