Job Description:


The Role

As part of an inter-professional team, the Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) - Parkinsons and associated conditions provides clinical leadership, assessment, care coordination and implementation of planned clinical care to patients with neurodegenerative disease including Parkinson’s disease to enable care needs to be met in the most appropriate environment.

Together with the interdisciplinary team, undertake a broad consultative role by initiating and maintaining a comprehensive care network and build and maintain links with providers in primary health and acute care settings, including community service providers, General Practitioners, Specialists and other health care providers to support the care needs of patients with degenerative neuromuscular disease.

Details of Appointment

Permanent, part time day worker position, working 45.6 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant and more hours may be available.


$111,506 - $118,336 pro rata per annum + our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
