End User Computing Spec I

Job Description:

Assists with the quotation, installation, implementation and troubleshooting of desktop and mobile computing devices, printers and other peripheral devices.

Documents, tracks and monitors problem tickets to ensure timely resolutions.

Manage IT related inventory processes. This may include updating inventory database, Attractive Decal requests, UFEM installations and proper equipment disposal.

Primary contact for hands on support with AV related equipment including but not limited to projectors, laptops, adapters, digital signage and other similar equipment.

Provides office support including but not limited to receiving packages, USPS mail sorting and outgoing FedEx shipments.

Provides facilities support including but not limited to furniture/equipment moves and issuing keys.

Assists with department and faculty website maintenance.

Other duties as assigned
Expected Salary:

$16.18 - $17.00 per hour; commensurate with qualifications and experience

Minimum Requirements:

Associate’s degree; or a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Comptia A+ and/or Comptia Net+ is a plus
