Hours\/Period of Appointment<\/h3>

Permanent, full time, day work working 76 hours per fortnight. Notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant. <\/p>

Salary: $94,469 - $111,765 pro rata per annum. <\/p>

Please note that access to salaries beyond $102,829 is subject to qualifications and application to the personal upgrade scheme.<\/em><\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Duties<\/h3>

Promote, provide and maintain optimal specialist physiotherapy care to community clients across Primary Health Services \u2013 North West, including follow up post discharge \u2018at risk\u2019 clients. <\/p>

Provide a consultancy and advisory service in addition to \u201chands on\u201d physiotherapy. <\/p>

Service provision is provided in homes or may be centre-based throughout the North West Region.<\/p>

Essential Requirements<\/h3>

• Registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.<\/li>
• <\/li>
• The Head of the State Service has determined that the person nominated for this job is to satisfy a pre employment check before taking up the appointment, on promotion or transfer. The following checks are to be conducted:<\/li><\/ul>
  1. Conviction checks in the following areas:<\/div>

  a) Crimes of Violence
  b) Sex Related Offences
  c) Serious Drug Offences
  d) Crimes involving dishonesty<\/div>

  
  2. Identification check
  
  3. Disciplinary action in previous employment check.<\/div>
  

  Desirable Requirements<\/h3>

  • Current Driver\u2019s Licence.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>
