The role:
As the Tasmanian Paediatric Rehabilitation Service (TPRS) Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Tasmanian Paediatric Rehabilitation Service, medical and allied health team and assist with the management of the administrative support systems for the statewide service.
This role will involve:
- organising and scheduling meetings and other appointments to ensure effective interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- provide assistance with minute/note taking, preparation of correspondence and reports for the multidisciplinary TPRS team and enter data into relevant registries and database.
- provide a telephone service and deal with routine matters and enquiries from patients, their carers and families and other health professionals.
You will work under supervision of the TPRS Head of Department.

Details of Appointment
Permanent, part time, day worker position working 45.6 hours per fortnight commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $62,257 to $66,917 pro rata per annum + 11% superannuation + access to salary packaging
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
Salary range is in accordance with the Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
