Job Description:

The Department of Health is seeking interest from suitably qualified applicants for a Clinical Lead vacancy.

Please note this position is also being advertised as a Clinical Nurse Consultant - Clinical Lead (519784d) and only one position will be filled on merit.

Our Team:

As part of a multidisciplinary team, deliver high quality mental health services in accordance with the Mental Health Services Strategic Plan, Mental Health Services Principles, National Metal Health Standards, Agency policy, legal requirements and relevant professional competencies. As a Clinical Lead, you will provide high level support to the Team Leader within the relevant community mental health service, in the provision of:

Details of Appointment:

Permanent full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible.

*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant

Salary:

$116,616 - $124,147 per annum + 11% superannuation

In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:

Eligibility:

Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria:

  1. Satisfactory completion of an approved allied health professional tertiary qualification/program of study and registered with the relevant National Board or, in the case of self-regulated allied health professions, full membership/eligible for membership with the relevant professional association
  2. Current working with children registration.
