Contract Staff (Customer Due Diligence, Bank Operation)

Responsivities:<\/p>\n

• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process of customer profile for onboarding, periodic review and trigger event review.<\/li>\n
• Identify and verify KYC documents and customer statistic data.<\/li>\n
• Engage with customers to provide incomplete CDD information and documentation within service level.<\/li>\n
• Responsible for various general office administration activities<\/li>\n
• Handle both internal and external documents check<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/p>\n

  • Higher Diploma or above<\/li>\n
  • At least 1 year experience in Banking industry, no experience candidates are also welcomed<\/li>\n
  • Be a good team-player, proactive, self-motivated, and positive learning attitude<\/li>\n
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin<\/li>\n
  • Proficient in computer applications, such as Lotus Notes, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>"
