To be Tasmanian is to value quality over quantity. We create, preserve, and protect the unusual. With quiet confidence, with passion and perseverance, we pursue the extraordinary. Could you be Tasmanian?

You can start your Speech Pathology career anywhere. What’s different about Tasmania is our culture and our lifestyle. Here you will be encouraged to be yourself, to learn, to grow and to develop meaning in your work. You will have a powerful connection to your patients, and the community will encourage your success. Our isolation helps drive a culture of creation and human connection, which feels both old fashioned and… like the only future worth pursuing.

Here you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to breath-taking coastlines, National Parks, and incredible fresh produce crafted by locals. After a hard day at work, you don’t have to sit in traffic for an hour. You decompress with a wander through your home city, an easy commute along the water, or put on your boots and tell it to a mountain.

We offer an exciting and rewarding place to work, featuring contemporary, evidence-informed practice that sees our Speech Pathologists closely linked to the broader multidisciplinary team. We are large, established teams of high-achieving professionals, a mix of passionate locals and new Tasmanian adventurers who will welcome your energy and experiences into our group dynamic. Here, you can work and learn alongside highly accomplished Speech Pathologists, hone your craft, and make a difference to the lives of our community, while also having time to enjoy your life outside of work and all that this place has to offer.

This is a place where you can establish a life and career built around purpose and quality time. We’ll look after you from the very beginning, ensuring you are fully welcomed into our culture. As an Allied Health group, we are dedicated to the development of our people and will work to help you to achieve your goals.

When you apply, we will ask you to rank your preference for which beautiful region you would like to work in. Discover more here:
