Period of employment / Hours:
Permanent full-time (76.00 hours per fortnight) day work (part-time hours may be considered by negotiation)

Homes Tasmania - Information and Technology Management Services, – (North / North-West / South) Statewide (**)

Duties:
Primary Purpose / Focus :
- Manage and lead the Information Governance and Management team in providing information management services to and for Homes Tasmania.
- Collaborate with Homes Tasmania’s business units, vendors and stakeholders to ensure Homes Tasmania manages its information in accordance with its obligations, digital operating environment, plans and strategies.
- Build an inclusive team through change that together with all ITMS teams also builds a collaborative business unit that enables Homes Tasmania achieve its stated objectives.
Skills and experience :
Selection criteria includes:
- Highly developed leadership skills in an environment of change, competing priorities and outcome focused environment.
- Demonstrated high level ability to manage assigned financial, human, and physical resources, including monitoring effectiveness and efficiencies through the application of contemporary management techniques.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in providing information governance and services to and for an organisation in an environment incorporating a range of applications and services.

Desirable Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of recent industry experience.
- Information services management including strategy and governance.
- Current information/records, project management or change management certification.
