We are seeking dynamic and passionate clinicians or MST Practitioners, to join our MST team in the North.

You don’t need to be a current MST Practitioner to apply! We will provide ongoing training and intensive supervision to help upskill you to practice from this highly evidence-based framework. In fact, ongoing learning and development are key attributes of a what makes a great MST Practitioner.

With a motto of “whatever it takes”, MST is an innovative, evidence-based program that empowers young people involved in offending and other antisocial behaviour and their families to build the skills to achieve positive, long-term changes and improved life outcomes.

An MST Practitioners is driven, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and has the skills to deliver evidence-based treatment to young people with complex presentations and their families. With ongoing access to training and support, and weekly supervision as a core aspect of MST, working in a small team you will share CAMHS’s vision of providing quality, accessible, consumer-centred mental health care to some of Tasmania’ s most vulnerable young people.

Permanent, full time, day worker (with on-call) position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

$101,108 - $119,430 per annum + 11% superannuation
