Duties<\/span><\/h3>\n

\n
• Prepare, verify and\/or process revenue, expenditure, corporate card and accounting transactions in accordance with Government and Departmental financial policies, procedures and relevant legislation.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Assist with the daily reconciliation of the Department\u2019s bank accounts, including the expenditure and collections accounts.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Provide financial support services to internal clients and liaise with external clients on financial matters, including the investigation and resolution of financial operation process and\/or transactional queries.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Creation and maintenance of the creditor and debtor master files within the Financial Management Information System.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information through the application of appropriate internal control procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Contribute to the ongoing review and improvement of existing financial operation business processes and practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Desirable Requirements<\/span><\/h3>\n

  • Experience in the use of Financial Information Management Systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
