Job Description:
The role:
- Lead, plan and deliver designated projects in consultation with key stakeholders and in accordance with Tasmanian Government standards and policies.
- Develop and manage project schedules including the production of contract and project initiation documentation, communication plans, vendor contracts, risks, and issues registers, change management processes and plans, and other key project documentation.
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to steering committees, project governance groups and identified stakeholders to achieve and maintain successful engagement
- Undertake vendor and contract management including tracking adherence of vendor to business requirements, including specifications, costs, and timeframes.

Details of Appointment
Fixed term full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 28 June 2024.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant
- Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $120,749 to $ 127,092 per annum + 11% superannuation
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
Eligibility:
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in business management, ICT, information management, change management or another related discipline
- Relevant industry experience
- Current Driver’s Licence
