About the role
Reporting to a Senior Research Manager and the Head of Research, this role is responsible for the development and management of some key components of our customer roadmap program of work.
Specifically, this position plays a key role in managing our core tracking and other regular strategic research work, and other ad-hoc projects.
You’ll be a mid-level quant researcher who is a strategic thinker focused on providing real business insight with impact to drive change and decision making.
This role will see you effectively working within a collaborative cross-functional team to drive customer-led thinking. As such, it’s a role that requires you to be proactive, and a great communicator with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
The Research Manager will have the following responsibilities/skills:
- Effectively liaising with our agency partners to manage ad hoc projects
- Develop and implement best practice tools, methodologies and processes
- Build insights knowledge and capability within the business
- Knowledge of, and experience across quant research methodologies
- Proven end to end project management skills
- Proven experience in writing surveys
- Proven ability to analyse quant research data. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and SPSS / Q / Qualtrics
- Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and can flex their communication style to meet the needs of others
- Excellent data visualisation skills
- Experience in qualitative research is a bonus
