    Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n

    • Ensure control measures carried out to minimize risk exposure of the Bank as well as comply with all the internal standard, compliance, policies and regulations<\/li>\n
    • Review and streamline the operation flows and procedures of deposits products to improve efficiency and customer experience <\/li>\n
    • Lead regular assessment for Deposits Protection Scheme and handle all relevant external and internal compliance review<\/li>\n
    • Generate new ideas in the light of the latest market analysis and customer needs thorough collaboration with partners to sustain business growth and maintain competitiveness in the market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Requirements<\/strong><\/div>\n
        \n
      • Degree or above<\/li>\n
      • At least 3 years' experience in product and system improvement in banking or financial industry.<\/li>\n
      • Relevant experience in project management or deposits compliance management especially related to Deposit Protection Scheme is a definite advantage.<\/li>\n
      • Independent, ability to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth<\/li>\n
      • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
      • Sound PC knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>"
