Digital Strategy & Transformation Manager (Agile Coach, RPMT)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement business plans in accordance with bank level strategy
• Coordinate and promote operational optimization at personal banking
• Promote Agile Scrum theory, cultivate agile thinking and transformation talents, lead and train Product Owners (PO) and Scrum Master (SM) to apply agile methodology and tools, and scrum practices in projects and lead Scrum teams transit to agile mode
• Lead Scrum Master to facilitate, drive and monitor progress of innovative cross-departmental transformation projects and provide strategic solutions to internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
• Promote and apply agile mechanisms e.g. "stand up" and "retro" to operate in projects
• Assist Product Owners in crafting user stories and mentor them in daily decisions to keep projects in motion
• Conduct and monitor cross-departmental level studies and workshops for transformation projects to improve operational performance and efficiency
• Set out Agile Scrum process standards
• Facilitate and drive transformation at Omni Channels and adopt Fintech at process flow to improve customer satisfaction and reduce operational cost
• Participate in regional process transformation projects
• Prepare various reports to Senior Management

Requirements:

• Degree or above with major in Information Technology/ Business Administration/ Finance/ Fintech/ Banking or related discipline is preferred.
• Have at least 8 years’ experience in the banking industry, specifically in strategy planning, fintech and digital transformation project management areas
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Agile Coach in large enterprises/ consulting firms
• Possess extensive Agile/Scrum delivery knowledge and experienced in leading agile Scrum teams; and in leading and training Product Owner (PO) and Scrum Master (SM).
• Holder of professional qualification in Transformation/ Project/ Change Management e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP)、Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner; and possess professional qualification in the following areas is preferred : Design Thinking, Quality Management e.g. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or above, ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor or above
• Proactive and self-motivated, flexible and adaptive to changes
• Possess strong digital transformation project management, analytical, leadership and problem solving skills
• Experienced in arranging and promoting cross-departmental professionals to conduct cross-journey optimization, and in organizing design thinking and value stream mapping workshops
• Experienced in exploring collaboration with other banks in Mainland China / Asia Pacific is preferable
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is an advantage
• Familiar with agile delivery tools Jira & Confluence and computer software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and have programming experience is an advantage
