Audit Manager (Personal Banking)

Responsibilities:<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

• Lead and manage internal audit engagements in Personal Banking sector from planning, risk assessment, fieldwork to reporting<\/span><\/li>\n
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identify areas for improvement and provide sound recommendations<\/span><\/li>\n
• Provide business stakeholders with recommendations on how to improve efficiency or optimize business processes<\/span><\/li>\n
• Support ad-hoc projects as required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

  • Degree or above with major in Accountancy, Finance, Statistics, Risk Management or related disciplines<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Professional qualification of CPA or CIA or equivalent; CFA, FRM will be a plus<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Solid experience in Personal Banking Sector (including personal lending, credit card, investment products, branch model, etc. ), preferably in roles with duties of auditing, compliance review, control assessment, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Familiar with relevant laws & regulations, standards and market practices; knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and practices in Southeast Asia would be an advantage<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 3 years experience in auditing, with Big 4 background preferred. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Audit Manager<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Good team-player with excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent report writing skills and self-motivated<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with good command of Mandarin<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>"
